Melissa A. Simola

Melissa A. Simola joined Halberstadt Curley in July 2009. Her current practice focuses on commercial disputes, employment law, and copyright and trademark infringement.
Ms. Simola is a graduate of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law where she was an Associate Editor of the Temple University International and Comparative Law Journal.
Beginning in September 2003 and continuing throughout law school, Ms. Simola worked full-time as a Paralegal Specialist for the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division in Philadelphia. During her time with the Antitrust Division, Ms. Simola assisted with many criminal antitrust investigations, including a large international price-fixing case.
Ms. Simola graduated cum laude from Bucknell University, earning a B.A. in Economics. She is licensed to Practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
