Kelle A. Kilgarriff

Kelle A. Kilgarriff joined Halberstadt Curley after graduating from Temple University Beasley School of Law in May 2007. Her current practice focuses on copyright and trademark infringement, intellectual property, and labor and employment law.

While at Temple Law School, Ms. Kilgarriff received honors for Trial Advocacy. During the summer of 2006 and continuing into her third year of law school, Ms. Kilgarriff worked as a law clerk at a Norristown law firm. She participated in Temple University's Elder Law clinic, where she represented the interests of elderly residents of Philadelphia on a pro bono basis, in matters including consumer protection and estate law.

In May 2003, Ms. Kilgarriff graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to both federal and state courts.
